Getting your life back on track after severe or traumatic injury can be a terrifying experience. At Purple Co, we’re passionate about helping people maximise their independence and improve their quality of life after injury, illness or trauma.
We work with Lifetime Care and Support participants to create a pathway towards independence, community engagement and participation in work. As experts in prevocational planning, counselling and return to work support, we help our clients identify their existing skills and strengths, plan for retraining and return to work, and restore hope in their capabilities and the future.
We’ve become sought after for Work Options Plans (WOPs) for people where return to work seems unlikely, even unthinkable, and it’s our passion to show clients that they can still find gainful employment and restore purpose in their lives.

Led by our Founder and Principal Consultant Jo Muirhead, our team is passionate about facilitating empowered change for participants and providing expert advice regarding treatment, care and rehabilitation. We work closely and collaboratively with treatment providers, medical specialists, family members and vocational specialists to ensure that people living with severe and complex disabilities have access to real vocational, training and employment opportunities.
